Daryl V. Miller, Esq. joined RGS Title, LLC in January of 2016 as a Regional Vice President and manager of RGS’s Columbia, Maryland office, also known as the Mid-Atlantic Title Services Division which focuses on commercial transactions. While overseeing the Columbia, MD office Mr. Miller focuses on commercial transactions in Maryland, Virginia and the District of Columbia. During his tenure with RGS Title, LLC Mr. Miller has overseen the office open and handle over 10,000 unique title orders. Prior to joining RGS Title, LLC, Mr. Miller was a partner with the commercial law firm Gebhardt & Smith LLP where he practiced in the Commercial Lending Group which included an emphasis on real estate transactions. During his time at Gebhardt & Smith, Mr. Miller structured and closed in excess of 450 commercial real estate transaction is over 40 states and headed due diligence teams evaluating commercial real estate loan portfolios with values in excess of $600 million. Mr. Miller currently resides in Owings Mills, MD with his wife Dr. Kelly Geoghan, their three children Patrick, Olivia and Brock and their three dogs Reagan, Atlas and Raven. In addition to being a member of the State of Maryland, Texas and District of Columbia Bars, Mr. Miller is a licensed title producer in Maryland, the District of Columbia and Virginia.
