RGS Representative

Carol Calomiris is the Managing Attorney for the RGS Title, LLC (RGS) Jenifer Street office in Washington, DC.

Carol manages RGS Title with over 30 years of real estate and legal expertise. She attended Holton-Arms School in Bethesda, MD, earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and History from Duke University in 1989 and completed her Juris Doctor at Georgetown University Law Center in 1992, graduating on the Dean’s List and receiving the International Academy of Trial Lawyers Advocacy Award for her work in the Criminal Justice Clinic.

Carol began her career in real estate law in 1993 when she opened her law firm, Calomiris & Calomiris PA, which provides a wide range of legal services to the real estate community. She is a member of the Montgomery County, Maryland State, District of Columbia, and Supreme Court Bar Associations. She is also a member of the Maryland, District of Columbia, and Virginia Land Title Associations. In addition to conducting residential and commercial settlements in MD, DC, and VA for RGS, Carol is a member of the Board of Directors for DCAR and a committee member on the Public Policy Committee for DCAR, in which she helps to draft legislation and lobby for the realtor community. She is also a member of the Forms Committee for GCAAR in which she helps create and revise contracting forms for the realtor community. Carol teaches continuing education classes for real estate professionals in MD, DC, and VA. Carol grew up in Bethesda, MD and currently resides in the District of Columbia with her husband and two daughters.
