Bill Battaile joined RGS Title Winchester in 2018 and is a key member of the Winchester team. He handles settlements/closings, business development, post-closing and disbursements as well as policy issuance. Bill has been in the industry since 1996 and has held various licenses including his title agent’s license for most of that time. He also held a real estate sale’s person license from 2003 till 2018 and actively sold from 2007-2017. Bill is a Winchester native; and as business development officer, Bill brings his local flare and vast real estate sales experience to assist with growth of our partners’ businesses as well as ours. Bill manages our social media accounts and can assist partners with setting up joint marketing events, open houses, organizing workshops and legal courses for credit.
