Carlos joined RGS Title as Counsel, bringing a strong legal foundation, global perspective, and people-first approach to every transaction. He is dedicated to delivering smooth, secure closings while building trusted relationships with clients, agents, and partners.
Originally from Phoenix, Carlos began his career on Capitol Hill and has called the D.C. area home for more than 20 years. Carlos holds a JD and LLM from Georgetown University and an MA from Yale University. He has also studied at Middlebury College, University College London, and leading institutions in Mexico and China, including Peking University and UNAM. His professional and academic journey has taken him across the country and around the world, shaping his broad perspective and thoughtful approach to problem-solving.
Outside the office, Carlos enjoys spending time with his family exploring local trails, museums, and waterways. When time allows, you’ll find him on a sailboat, perfecting his tacks on the Potomac.
