I met the Branch Manager and the marketing representative some years ago when they were working with RGS in Centreville. I can't say enough good things about them! They are an awesome team.

When I began my career in real estate I was on a mission to find First Class affiliates who were a reflection of my belief system and myself. I certainly found that in them. I love the way they take care of our clients. They are never too busy to spend whatever time is necessary before, during and after the closing to answer the client's questions and to do whatever they can to calm their fears and concerns. My clients never feel rushed or leave the closing table feeling confused. The clients love this and of course so do we because it confirms to them that we have ultimate professionals on our team.

On a number of occasions we have had cases with issues. The manager has been invaluable in helping to immediately resolve such issues. As soon as he discovers a possible problem he calls me right away and not only notifies me of the problem but lets me know how we will resolve the issue. We have never had a transaction not close or close late duet to a fault of RGS TITLE. In fact, as stated they have assisted us in eliminated issues so that we can close on time as planned.

The RGS staff is also amazing. The head processor always bends over backwards to make every closing as stress free as possible. She has been known to stay late, come in early and fight the elements of weather in order to close cases as scheduled. I believe the staff's attitude is a direct reflection of the manager and marketing representative's dedication to their clients. I believe they do not expect any more from their staff then they deliver themselves.

What more can I say - would I recommend RGS TITLE to other agents and clients? Absolutely! Positively! Without hesitation! You would be hard pressed to find a better more caring group to work with.

A closing at RGS McLean is always a pleasure. You know that you can rely on the processing staff; they're always on top of things AND on time. Everything is ready when you get there. and this was even true on two different occasions when there was just a four-to-five-day period between contract ratification and settlement! The answer is always, "yes, we can do that." The attorneys and settlement agents are knowledgeable and helpful-and able to answer any questions that clients may have. and able to respond seriously, and with balance, to any issues that may arise. You feel that you are dealing with knowledgeable people and an efficient and competent operation. In addition, the office itself is tasteful and attractive-clients sense that this is a very professional outfit. I just wanted to share my amazing and unmatched experience at RGS TITLE in Reston, VA with you.

They have such a fabulous setup and impeccable teamwork, starting with the receptionist to the Branch Manger, who conducted the settlement as smoothly and ethically as one possibly can. Last but not least, the processor was amazing at showing such strong leadership and efficiency. We had a coinciding settlement for which the processor could not have been more thorough and proactive in expediting both of my transactions as smoothly as possible. From my experience, she should be an example to all processors in the Title Industry. The settlement agent, stepped in because one loan package was late, and finished off our first transaction on the buyer's end when the package arrived. Meanwhile, the branch Manager continued to work on the second coinciding transaction to make sure that everything was processed as efficiently as possible.

There were three total transactions which involved three Long and Foster real estate agents, which were all extremely happy and all three transactions were handled beautifully. The whole RGS team in Reston communicated and worked so well together; I was pleased and very impressed with the way they handled this situation.

I thought I would take a moment to thank RGS for its excellent service during the recent closing on my property in Reston. In particular I would like to let you know just how helpful and professional your processor was in the process.

Due to some unforeseen problems with the recording of the satisfaction of a prior mortgage following a refinance, a big hurdle came on the horizon just prior to closing. I had recently relocated to Los Angeles so there was a 3 hour time difference complicating matters further. Even with the time difference and my ensuing panic that the sale would get off track, the processor remained focused and helped me wrap up all of the issues on my side that would affect closing.
